Miniatures

The term “miniatures” mean different things to different people. A miniature is a smaller version of something that we’re familiar with in our normal scale. Miniatures don’t have to be tiny. There are miniature donuts, miniature bagels, miniature horses, mini-vans. The items on this page are miniature versions of woodturnings, like the ones you see on the other tabs on this website. Most are 1/12 scale, which means, they are 1/12th the normal sized version of the item.
